Hello visitor, I'm glad you found me. My name is Maik, I'm 53 years old and I'm currently a full-time process mechanic.
In 2000 I had retrained as an IT system clerk and later numerous
Accepted further training offers, but unfortunately found my footing again in my old job.
At the age of 13 I started programming a computer and made it easier for myself when I was at school. I had bought a Tandy Color Computer 2 with 16kb of ram and later upgraded to 32kb of ram. I saved my programs on cassette. Those were the days. Fantastic,
Algebra was my favorite math topic and I already wrote a program where I only had to enter the equation and my routine displayed the complete solution including the result. Homework was done in no time at all. ;-). Back from my school days and forward again and a look ahead to the year 2023. Among other things, web design and dynamic programming with PHP and MySQL was my hobbyhorse there.
So, after retraining in 2002, I specialized in web design and programming. With my own web server I was independent and could manage and switch as it suited me and also acquired a lot of background knowledge for an Apache web and database server. Since 2002 I have been supporting the website of Thomas Hoffmarck (wheelchair driver from the TV reality documentary Big Brother from TV) with its donation events.
At the moment I also have other projects running on my server. There is the homepage of my wife, who breeds her Yorkshire Terriers as a hobby. Yorkies.de and a homepage for a good friend who deals with translations Jöcker.nrw. Not to mention the donations and event homepage from my good friend Thomas Hoffmarck Extremtommy.
I created all projects without financial interest and hosted them on my server.
